ON MONDAY, JULY 26TH, A LOOSE PITBULL ENTERED THE SLIGHTLY OPENED DOOR OF THE SIDE ENTRANCE AT 1460 MIDDLEFIELD RD. AND VICIOUSLY ATTACKED THE SLEEPING YELLOW LAB OF THE RESIDENTS. MOTHER AND DAUGHTER WERE SCREAMING AND FORTUNATELY AWOKE THE 19 YEAR OLD SON WHO WAS BRAVE ENOUGH TO GRAB THE DOG FROM BEHIND BY ITS DOUBLE CHOKER COLLAR AND GET IT OUT OF THE HOUSE. POLICE AND ANIMAL CONTROL WERE CALLED.
THE CONDITION OF THE LAB IS STILL TO BE DETERMINED.
PALO ALTONS KEEP YOUR DOGS ON LEASHES AND UNDER CONTROL !!!!
THE DOG , WHICH CAME FROM 4 HOUSES AWAY, IS CURRENTLY QUARANTINED/
