Police are searching for a man in his 20s who robbed a Wells Fargo bank at the Sequoia Station shopping center in Redwood City on Wednesday (June 23).
The suspect, dressed in a blue windbreaker and blue pants, entered the bank branch inside Safeway at about 11:30 a.m., police said.
He handed a note to a teller demanding money. The teller complied, and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. No weapons were seen.
Police describe the man as white, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a medium build and short, dark hair.

Any estimate of his age? How about surveillance photos? 6 foot tall white guys is a pretty big group to be profiling.
The Mercury-News says a 6’2” white guy has been robbing banks in the south bay. Surveillance photos show a bald guy, though.
