Personally, I say it is about time. Go into court and sue the government and their agents for violating the 4th Amendment, etc. Watch all these so-called Americans scream bloody murder, because someone had the guts to stand up for their rights. Tell them that they are the ones living in the wrong country. China and USSR should be more to your liking. After all, in the good ol' USA, you have a right to travel and you have a 4th Amendment right against unreasonable searches and seizures as well. Here, our government has no authority to violate them for ANY reason.

Don’t you know about the 0th amendment? It says the federal government can make up any law they want about anything for any reason at all. It’s just in really really tiny print in the constitution.
