The driver in a Highway 1 crash that killed three graduate students in Stanford's business school last month had not been drinking, the California Highway Patrol has reported.
Christopher Sahm, 29, tested negative for alcohol in toxicology reports by the Monterey County Coroner's Office, said California Highway Patrol Capt. Scott Lynch. He did have the marijuana ingredient THC in his system, but it was not clear from the test whether he was under its influence at the time of the accident......
