Is Your Utility Bill Late?

I was wondering why I had not received my Palo Alto Utility bill for last month. When I called they said they'd had a computer glitch, and bills went out late, over the last couple of days.

That's what you get for attempting to re-program the computer for the increases due in July!!

Yeah,

I went to the online site to check my last month's bill. And the amount has been
zero for me :-)

Anthony Enerio, manager of customer service for the city's utilities, confirmed today that there was a glitch in the bill-printing software last week.
Billing was about two days behind and all of the bills were sent out as of Friday, May 23. He said customers should now be receiving their bills or they should arrive shortly.
