WIthout going into all the gory details of the problems with my car (which have been many), here are the highlights of their service:
- the service manager [portion removed by Palo Alto Online staff] lied to me to keep me from bringing my car back in for a recurring problem, he told me it was normal for the warning light to keep coming on, all that I needed to do was to add water to the coolant and the light would go off (it is not normal for any warning light to come on repeatedly, especially days after they supposedly fixed the problem)
- when I did bring my car in to get the same problem fixed for the 5th or 6th time, the service manager refused to return my calls, when he finally did, he hung up on me because I was unhappy at how I was being treated (and they kept my car for 8 days without even starting to fix it)
- when I called to speak to the general manager, I believe the service manager impersonated him so I wouldn't reach him, I don't know this for a fact, but they used exactly the same language when hanging up on me again ("We are done. Click.")
