Storms were wet and windy, more due soon

The storm that blew through the Bay Area on Friday with high winds and heavy rainfall downed trees, branches and power lines in Palo Alto and caused Adobe Creek to get within three inches of flooding. Embarcadero Road and Oregon Expressway underpasses flooded on Friday afternoon and were closed to traffic for several hours.

.......and the proposed Public Safety Bldg. ($50M) is planned to be on Park Blvd. west of the RR tracks. Most of Palo Alto is east of the RR tracks.

Kate,
FYI our officers dont sit in the police station waiting for calls. They are assinged areas through out the city. If the big one hits our officers will make it to your house..rest assure. Or are you offering a piece of land that can be used by them?
