why was an attepted kidnapping that occurred on July 10th not posted online until July 14? It was posted to your Almanac website on Fri the 13th, still 3 days after incident occurred.
Seems strange that in today's electronic day and age the public isn't alerted to an incident such as this within the hour.

Time to put 4-way vidiocams at every major intersection to tape all traffic.

I agree with Walter Wallis. We should follow London's lead and put cameras in crucial areas throughout the city. Those innocently going about their business shouldn't mind being taped if it means criminals can be identified and arrested.
