Would anyone like to join a bodyweight bootcamp class?

Original post made by Linda Drake, Fairmeadow, on May 21, 2007

I recently heard of a great new class called "Functional Fit" that will soon be offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings in Mitchelle Park from 6-7A.M. and was wondering if anyone would be interested in taking the class as well. The class starts this upcoming Monday, May 28th and is only $10 per class. If you are interested, please email the California Fitness Association at mail@goldentstatefitness.com and let them know you are interested. I hope to see you there :)

Class Description: This class combines aerobic conditioning, bodyweight training, core conditioning, and flexibility exercises with an emphasis on creating core strength that translates into daily activities and other sports. You will work your entire body with strength, agility, and flexibility drills designed to get your body into the ultimate physical condition in the least amount of time.
