Enjoying multi-tasking?

In fact, we're always multi-tasking on a deep cognitive level.

What's antithetical to "multi-tasking" as it's deployed in the workplace is that it too often means "you're going to have to complete many simultaneous tasks". the fact is that some people are good at this, and others are not.
