Stanford also had five first team all-conference runners and four on the second team.
Dunn led the Cardinal to its second-straight Pac-10 title and a fourth-place finish at the NCAA championships. Stanford was ranked No. 1 in the nation for much of the year, also winning the Stanford Invitational and the NCAA Pre-National meet.
Chris Derrick, Elliott Heath and Jacob Riley were named to the first team. The trio finished 1-2-3 at the Pac-10 Championships. Derrick and Riley also went on to finish fifth and sixth at the NCAA Championships and earn All-America status.
Erik Olson, J.T. Sullivan and Miles Unterreiner were named to the second team. The trio placed 9th, 10th and 11th at the Pac-10 Championships.
On the women's side, Kathy Kroeger and Stephanie Marcy were named to the All-Pac-10 first team. Kroeger was the Pac-10 runner-up, while Marcy placed fifth. Marcy was Stanford's top runner at the NCAA Championships after Kroeger was forced to drop out.
Freshman Jessica Tonn was named to the second team after placing eighth at the Pac-10 finals.
