The Stanford water polo club team dropped a 12-6 decision to the New York Athletic Club, comprised of former college All-Americans and Olympians, at the USA Men's National Tournament Sunday morning in Irvine.

Stanford plays either the Olympic Club or Lamordina for third-place later in the dau.
