It's not the way the Palo Alto 14-year-old Babe Ruth all-stars wanted to see their season end, and yet, it was an overall success.

The District 6 tournament was anybody's ballgame. Friday night just belonged to the host league this year. For Palo Alto players, there will be better days ahead and good times to remember.
