Palo Alto's Freddy Avis struck out nine in five innings and Steve Gosselin threw four no-hit innings of relief as the Redwood City Post 105 Blue posted a 14-3 American Legion baseball victory over host San Bruno on Sunday. Tomas O'Donnell (Sacred Heart Prep) had his second straight three-hit game and Travis Burdette launched a two-run homer to pace the Blues while Kevin Wilkins (SHP) had a double, triple and drove in two runs for the winners.
