With senior Sunny Margerum winning three individual events and sophomore Kieran Gallagher winning two, the Gunn girls' track and field team pulled off a 67-60 dual-meet victory over host Los Altos in SCVAL De Anza Division action on Thursday. Margerum won the 100 hurdles (15.33), 300 hurdles (46.80) and 100 meters (12.96), but missed a fourth win after being upset in the long jump when she had to squeeze in her jumps right before the 300 hurdles. Gallagher doubled in the 400 (58.89) and 800 (2:25.41) while junior Erin Robinson ran a solid 5:14.35 to win the 1,600. Freshman Ebba Nord picked up valuable points with a second in the 200 (both runners had the same time) and a third in the 100 (by .01) to help Gunn improve to 3-1.
