Evan Romero had 19 kills and Kawika Shoji had 42 assists to lead No. 7 Stanford to a 30-20, 30-28, 30-21 victory over No. 9 Lewis in a nonconference men's volleyball match Friday at Maples Pavilion, extending the Cardinal's winning streak to five.

Stanford (13-7) will play Lewis (12-4) again on Saturday (7 p.m.), at Burnham Pavilion.
