Playing in its first match in front of fans at Maples Pavilion since 2019, No. 20 Stanford put on a show in a 26-24, 25-18, 17-25, 25-23 win over No. 5 Florida on Tuesday.

Stanford (3-0) hit .254 as a team, while Florida (3-1) posted a .250 clip. The Cardinal finished with 10.5 blocks, six aces and 52 digs. Head coach Kevin Hambly, now in his fifth season at the helm of the program, improved to 48-3 in Maples Pavilion and is one win shy of 100 at Stanford.

Senior Holly Campbell came up big down the stretch, dropping in a tip down the line to give the Cardinal match-point at 24-22 after trailing 12-7 early in the set. Florida answered back to pull within one, but Campbell sealed the win by tooling the block off a back set by freshman Kami Miner.

Campbell, who missed all of the spring season due to injury, finished with eight kills on .375 hitting and a team-best six blocks.

Miner, the reigning Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, racked up a career-high 48 assists and had five digs, three blocks and two kills in her first match in Maples Pavilion.

Redshirt sophomore Caitie Baird led all players with season-highs of 20 kills and nine digs to go with three blocks and an ace. Junior outside hitter Natalie Berty chipped in with a career-high 10 kills, while junior opposite Kendall Kipp finished with nine kills, three digs, three blocks and two aces.

Redshirt sophomore McKenna Vicini was lights out offensively, hitting .538 while matching her season-high with eight kills. The middle blocker also had three blocks and three digs.

Sophomore libero Elena Oglivie, who earned her second career Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week on Monday, collected a team-high 18 digs to go with three assists and an ace.

Freshman defensive specialist Taylor Beaven tallied a career-high nine digs in her debut at Maples. Sophomore defensive specialist Alex Lougeay, who was also playing in her first match at home after missing last season, had five digs, two aces and an assist.

Up next, Stanford quickly shifts its focus to top-ranked Texas. The Cardinal and Longhorns meet on Sunday in Austin at 11 a.m. PT on the Longhorn Network.
