Jessica Lee and Madisen Hirsch combined their talents for all of Pinewood's goals in a 3-0 victory over host Mercy-San Francisco in a West Bay Athletic League (Skyline Division) match on Thursday. Lee scored two goals (one of them assisted by Hirsch) with Hirsch adding the third goal (assisted by Lee). The Panthers improved to 5-2-1 in league (6-10-1 overall) and are tied for second place with two big matches coming up next week -- including one against first-place Crystal Springs on Tuesday in Los Altos Hills at 3:30 p.m.
