Stanford's eighth-ranked men's volleyball team knocked off No. 4 Long Beach State, 28-30, 30-27, 30-20, 30-28, in the semifinals of the UC Santa Barbara Invitational on Friday night and will advance to Sunday's championship match against No. 5 Cal State Northridge.
