The Gunn wrestling team remained unbeaten after four matches following a 43-32 dual-match victory over Saratoga in SCVAL De Anza Division action Thursday night. It was a close match all the way and the Titans started out in the hole when Clayton Post, who appeared headed for victory at 145 pounds, was reversed and defeated in a match the Titans were counting on to win the dual.
However, Matthew Bordbari responded with a decisive win at 152 pounds and that's how the dual continued for the entire night. Gunn got ahead only to see Saratoga come back and take the lead again. The lead changed hands nine times before Gunn took the lead for good with Michael Baker (119), Yonatan Rotman (130), Stefan Weidemann (135), and Dylan Gorman (145) all coming up with big wins to finish off the Falcons.
