Toby Gerhart hit a home run and drove in two runs as the Stanford baseball team dropped its season finale, 7-4, to host Washington in a Pac-10 game on Sunday. Sean Ratliff also drove in two runs for the Cardinal (14-10, 33-21), which will soon learn whether it will host a regional next weekend. Stanford will finish in second in the conference, though UCLA could tie for the spot. The Bruins were trailing host Cal, 4-0, in the eighth inning as of this writing.
