Despite having only 11 available players, the Priory boys battled to a scoreless deadlock with Wilcox in the Homestead Christmas Cup soccer tournament on Saturday. "It was a courageous performance by the whole team, but my three captains -- Austin Mirabella, Bailey Marshek, and Brandon Zarringham -- really powered us on in our toughest test yet," said Priory coach Paul Moran, whose moved to 2-0-1 and earned a berth in the title game this Saturday against Hillsdale at Homestead High at 11 a.m. This will be the Panthers' first-ever trip to the finals as they have gotten off to their best start ever.
