Lauren Silver scored with 4:19 left to play to break a tie and lift second-ranked Stanford past Hawaii, 10-8, in the third-place match of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation tournament at San Diego State on Sunday. Silver scored three goals for the Cardinal (25-4), which hosts the NCAA tournament beginning Friday, May 9.
