With senior fullback/linebacker Andrew Frick scoring a pair of touchdown, one on a four-yard reception and another on a three-yard run, Palo Alto opened its football season with a 28-7 nonleague victory over visiting San Benito on Friday night. Senior quarterback Keller Chryst also threw a 31-yard TD pass to Malcolm Davis in the second quarter while Marcus Brown ran 36 yards for the final score in the third quarter as Paly opened a 28-0 lead after three periods and cruised from there against the 2012 Central Coast Section Division I champs.
