Menlo junior Maddy Price ran the fastest girls' 200 meters in the Central Coast Section this season to help the Knights take second in the third West Bay Athletic League track and field meet of the season on Wednesday at Bellarmine. In the first meet where Menlo and Sacred Heart Prep competed against each other, Price raced to a 25.10 victory in the 200 and clocked a season best of 12.26 to finish second in the 100 as the Knights scored 125 points and finished second to Notre Dame-San Jose's 212.50. Sacred Heart Prep was third with 100 points.

The Menlo girls won the opening 400 relay in 51.77 and the closing 1,600 relay in 4:12.78, SHP's Gillian Belton won the 800 in 2:28.04, and Menlo's Morgan Dressel won the shot put at 35-0 1/2 to pace the local efforts.
