Sarah Zuckerman recorded a hat trick and Lexi Garrity scored two goals for the Priory girls' soccer team in a 5-1 victory over No. 5 seed Santa Catalina on Wednesday in a Central Coast Section Division III first-round match in Monterey. Erin Simpson had four assists as the No. 12 Panthers improved to 8-4-6 overall. Priory next will take on West Bay Athletic League (Foothill Division) rival King's Academy (8-6-5) on Saturday at St. Francis High in a quarterfinal match at noon.
