The Menlo School boys' soccer team remained tied for first place in the West Bay Athletic League following a 3-0 victory over host Pinewood on Wednesday. Ryan Karle provided the eventual winning goal in the 10th minute after taking a pass from fellow senior Max Parker, dribbling past the keeper and finishing. In the 64th minute, Karle set up Parker for a score and 2-0 lead. Junior Jordan Vasquez added a third goal in the 70th minute when he controlled a loose ball in the penalty box. Senior goalie Timmy Costa earned his sixth shutout of the season.
