The Menlo School boys' tennis team kept its win streak alive and kept its schedule tough with a non-league match against Bellarmine. The Knights emerged 6-1 victors over the Bells in a showdown between the area's best on Wednesday at Decathlon Club in Santa Clara.

Menlo junior Andrew Ball had a stellar performance with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Trevor James at No. 1 singles. Richard Pham took a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles for the Knights (15-0).

"An incredible match by Andrew," Menlo coach Bill Shine said. "He and Richard Pham really played well, and so did Zach Chase filling in for an injured player.

At No. 3, senior Justin Chan fell to Bellarmine's Adam Chandani, 3-6, 7-6 (8-6), 10-8. The Knights' Daniel Morkovine downed Nick Chua ,6-3, 3-6, 6-2 at No. 4 singles. In the Menlo doubles sweep, Vikram Chari and Victor Pham won 6-4, 6-3 at the top spot. William Boyd and Michael Hoffman teamed for a 7-3, 3-6, 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles. Eric Miler and Chase sealed a 6-1, 6-3 victory at No. 3.
