It was a senior day for the Menlo-Atherton boys' soccer team on Monday as Edgardo Molina scored two goals and fellow senior Will Cabral added another to pace the Bears to a 3-0 victory over host Half Moon Bay. Despite the victory, Menlo-Atherton remained tied for the PAL Bay Division lead with San Mateo, a 3-2 winner over Sequoia on Monday. The Bearcats are 10-2-1 (both losses to M-A) while the Bears are 9-0-4 (14-0-5 overall). Each team has 31 points with one match remaining on Wednesday.

M-A dominated most of the play on a beautiful night on the coast. Molina got the eventual winner off a corner kick by Elvis Abarca Cervantes. On a brilliant play, Molina passed back from the corner of the net to a charging Cabral for a 2-0 lead before Molina capped the evening.
