The Priory girls' soccer team remained tied for first place in the West Bay Athletic League (Foothill Division) race with a 6-0 victory over visiting Mercy-Burlingame on Tuesday. The Panthers (4-0, 7-2-2) got two goals from senior Darrah Shields plus single goals from Eugenia Jernick, Laura Wu, Molly Simpson and Siobhan Gillis while taking care of Mercy-Burlingame. The Panthers next will host King's Academy on Saturday at 11 a.m.
Standings: Priory 4-0 (7-2-2) Sacred Heart Prep 3-0 (5-2-4), Menlo School 2-1 (4-4-2), King's Academy 1-1 (6-2-1), Notre Dame-SJ 1-3 (3-6), Castilleja 0-3 (1-7), Mercy-Burlingame 0-3 (2-8)
