With Emily Gran scoring six goals, the Menlo-Atherton girls' water polo team cruised to an 18-5 victory over host Castilleja to grab control of the PAL Bay Division race with a 3-0 mark. The Bears (6-8 overall) held a 14-2 halftime lead as an aggressive defense, which resulted in 11 steals, helped spark the lopsided victory in a matchup of two 2010 CCS finalists.
