Massiel Castellanos, Cami Simpson and Lauren Allen all scored two goals to lead the Woodside Priory girls' soccer team to a 9-0 romp over visiting Mercy-San Francisco on Monday. The Panthers improved to 9-0 in the West Bay Athletic League (11-6 overall) and clinched no worse than a tie for the league title with two matches remaining. Priory has a scheduled home match on Tuesday (3:30 p.m.) against Mercy-Burlingame and closes the regular season Friday against Castilleja at the Mayfield Soccer Complex at 3:30 p.m. The Panthers are expected to be a high seed for the CCS Division III playoffs that begin next week.
