Stanford grad and Olympian Elaine Breeden finished third with a time of 2:14.80 in the 200 IM Sunday on the final day of the Charlotte Grand Prix race.
Hungary’s Katinka Hosszu set a meet record, winning the event in a time of 2:12.29.
Breeden recorded a pair of second-place finishes earlier in the meet, going 59.26 in the 100 breast and 2:09.32 in the 200 fly.
The final meet of the Grand Prix series will be held at the Santa Clara International Swim Center beginning June 16.
