Ummm...
First of all, "UC San Diuego"??
Next, you've kind of mangled other college attendances. There are five colleges with sports in the Claremont Colleges. These are: Pomona, Pitzer, Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, and Scripps. Since the schools are small, they form two sports teams, Pomona-Pitzer (or vice versa) and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (not "Mudds-Scripp" as in your photo caption). You give the teams these students will be playing for, but not the actual schools they will be attending.
