My god, is there anything you old geezers won't complain about? It is not the 1960's anymore, deal with it. People who still participate in the economy (as in not retired) want rail and cell phone service. Sell your million dollar home and let the rest of us try and fix the infrastructure deficiencies you've been so kind to enable. You may own 1/3 acre of land, but you sure as hell do not own the entire community you claim to treasure.
