This is the best news I've heard since Costa Mesa adopted COIN (Civic Openness in Negotiations) a few years ago. This is a huge step in throwing some light on what has, until now, been decided behind closed doors - leaving the taxpayers to foot the bill.
Kudos to the Palo Alto City Council! You are heroes!
