PUBLIC AGENDA: Planning and Transportation Commission, study session on high-speed rail

PALO ALTO PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION … The commission plans to hold a study session to discuss the proposed high-speed rail project. The commission is also scheduled to review the Community Services and Facilities Element of the Comprehensive Plan. PALO ALTO CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to hold its annual retreat, where members will discuss the city’s priorities for 2010. The retreat will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, in the board room of school district headquarters (25 Churchill Ave).
