CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to continue its review of Castilleja School's proposal to rebuild portions of its campus, increase enrollment and construct an underground garage. PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION ... The commission plans to consider a preliminary parcel map for 181 Addison Ave., hold a study session about parking, discuss an update to the density bonus ordinance and consider the Alma Street/Churchill Avenue safety improvement project. ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD ... The board plans to hold a preliminary review for 2850 West Bayshore Road, a proposal for 48 town houses, and to discuss the city's objective standards for new developments.
