UTILITIES ADVISORY COMMISSION ... The commission plans to consider approving the 2021 Water Utility Financial Plan, consider the preliminary wastewater collection rates for fiscal year 2021, discuss the planning process for advanced metering infrastructure and consider amending the Electric Supply Portfolio Carbon Neutral Plan.
