CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to hold a study session with the Public Art Commission, discuss the revised proposal for a Rail Blue Ribbon Committee to help develop alternative for grade separation and accept the status updates of recent audits on cash handling and travel expenses, cable franchise and "public, education and government" (PEG) fees, overtime and inventory management. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

BOARD OF EDUCATION ... The board will discuss its two-meeting rule, a 2019-20 budget update and receive a report on the results of a Title IX survey, among other items. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the district office, 25 Churchill Ave.

COUNCIL POLICY AND SERVICES COMMITTEE ... The committee plans to discuss the proposed "safe parking" program, which calls for allocating space at a city-owned site at 2000 Geng Road and forming partnerships with area nonprofits. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION ... The commission plans to discuss 788-796 San Antonio Road, a proposal to apply the Housing Incentive Program to allow demolition of an existing 12,000-square-foot commercial building and construction of a four-story mixed-use building with 102 residential units and 1,780 square feet of space. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

HISTORIC RESOURCES BOARD ... The board plans to hold a public hearing to discuss the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed expansion of Castilleja School at 1235 and 1310 Bryant St. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION ... The commission plans to meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Community Meeting Room at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. Meeting agenda was not available by press time.
