Palo Alto recorded the third-highest sale with a $9-million price tag for a 6,565-square-foot Crescent Park neighborhood home on Hamilton Avenue. FILOLI ORCHID JUDGING... Filoli has teamed up with the American Orchid Society to establish a series of monthly orchid judgings at the historic home through the end of this year. As the American Orchid Society's Pacific Central Judging Center, visitors will have the opportunity to view blooming orchids, learn about orchid care and have their own orchids judged. Judging takes place at 9:30 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month in the Visitor Center. Plant entry is from 9-9:30 a.m. The next judging will take place on Saturday, June 15.
