UNIVERSITY CIRCLE EXPANSION ... East Palo Alto will hold a community meeting on Feb. 28 regarding a proposal to add a six-story building to the University Circle office complex, which is located on the west side of U.S. Highway 101 and is adjacent to the northern section of Palo Alto's Crescent Park neighborhood. The development would be located on the corner of Woodland and University avenues. A parking lot is currently situated on the site. The building would have a four-story underground garage. Depending on whether a law firm or tech company leases the building, it could have as many as 900 employees, project designers estimated. The meeting takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the East Palo Alto City Hall Community Room, 2415 University Ave. It is open to the public.
