PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION ... The commission plans to discuss the city's draft Green Stormwater Infrastructure Plan and consider amending the zoning code to remove a provision prohibiting grandfathered facilities undergoing renovation to change to different uses. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.
