CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to discuss and consider adopting the Sustainable Implementation Plan for 2018-2020 and hear a status update on the proposed Palo Alto History Museum at 300 Homer Ave. The council will then meet in a closed session to discuss a complaint from James Judge Luckey against the city. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. on Monday. Dec. 11. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. The closed session will follow.
