CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss property negotiations pertaining to Terman Apartments, 4230-70 Terman Drive. The council will then hold a study session on Stanford University's application for a new General Use Permit and adopt an ordinance amending several provisions of the zoning code. The closed session will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 27. Regular meeting will follow at 6 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.
