When students are discriminated against

What Palo Alto Unified is obligated to do

The Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP), as outlined in district policy, must be used to investigate and resolve complaints alleging (1) unlawful discrimination, including discriminatory harassment, intimidation or bullying, and retaliation, or (2) violations of other state and federal laws and regulations. Below is an abbreviated explanation of the requirements.
