Plaques and banners presented to him by every branch of the United States Armed Forces are mingled with proclamations and images from around the world. But among these many keepsakes, one has particular significance to the former U.S. secretary of defense.

This is a must read interview! Thank you for sharing it.
We should all be grateful for men like William Perry and his colleagues. Their cool thinking and intellect has benefitted all of us. They are my heros!
