PALO ALTO ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD … The board plans to review a request by Kyle Chan of Hayes Group Architects to remodel an existing restaurant at 2310 El Camino Real. The board also plans to review proposed signs for Walgreens at 310 University Ave. and facade improvements for CVS Pharmacy, 2701 Middlefield Road. The board plans to hold a study session on California Avenue streetscape changes. The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. (250 Hamilton Ave.).
