Bevin is inspiring! Go Bevin!!

Living a good life is the best revenge!

What Bevin didn't realize is that for some reason this particular episode of the TV show brought out the strangest group of fans ever! Their obsessive following of all things "Andessa" is completely over the top. These ravenous older female fans create elaborate homages to the new "couple" and their adoration borders on stalkish behaviour.

The only reason that Bevin has been subjected to such hateful comments is because she is considered a "threat" to the "perfect" fantasy that a handful of rabid fans have created in their own minds. If anyone should be concerned, it should be Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst if their reality show engagement doesn't work out!

Bevin need not take to heart the rantings of a handful of lonely, love-starved reality show addicts. One day she will realize that she did not lose anything of value.

"Having been rejected on television, it's a little embarrassing. I'm the biggest loser". It saddens me to read that any woman approaching age 30 years and bright enough to be in graduate school could possibly think in those terms when, in fact, Bevin signed up (just like 24 other women) for a "reality television show" that has played out several seasons now and, obviously, she watched at least one of those seasons! I truly do not believe the other women on any of the shows considered themselves "losers" in any way! Use the show as a foundation to further success in the rest of your life, Bevin, as opposed to posting photos of you and Andy on the Internet, i.e. dwelling on a man who chose another woman (a woman who was approached by producers to be on the show and did not solicit on her own behalf). There is a longstanding rule of honor that most women tend to respect wherein the opposite sex is concerned!

There is no "Prince Charming" in life though, I suspect, Bevin will meet someone, once she has completed her graduate degree, who can provide her more than "sparks" in a long-term life partnership. Scorpios tend to obsess about the past (as a general rule) and it is only by healing privately and "letting go" that the slate can be wiped clean and a new chapter of success can be created in one's life!

I am SO happy that Bevin never got picked. Let me tell you why.

I think that it's so sad that when you go into The Bachelor message boards (which incidentally are usually well gone by now) and you find these CRAZED "Andessa" fans by the boatload!

What is wrong with this country when half the population are typing up absolute drivel in a message board about 2 complete strangers that they saw on TV? It's non stop blogging and they don't come up for air! Have they NO lives to revert back to?

Why are these posters so mesmerized with this couple? So, they're a cute couple. Period!

You'd think they GREW up with them, or went to school with them. You'd actually think that these demented posters KNEW this couple.

I think that "Andessa" should watch their backs, because why ABC haven't closed these boards yet is all about money...But money can turn to evil...and when there's that evil factor, this couple should seriously think of hiring the best bodyguards that can be found!

Don't say I didn't warn you!

I agree with you, Blue.

That message board is the nastiest I have EVER been in in my life!

Whoa...I have written to ABC to close that board. Man, are they crazy and obsessive about that couple in there.

I too agree with you that this couple should be very careful with their safety.

It's an OBSESSIVE message board, rendering on the very unstable even.

On this Father's Day, what better time to express how touched I was by you father's support on the show. That in itself is a major blessing in your life. I am confident that he has helped mold you into the well rounded woman that you are today. Which by the way, is a positive role model to us all! People who are jealous and insecure say the nastiest things about people who are not. I love how you are able to let that all go. . . Many blessings on your future endeavors.

It is great that Bevin has moved on. I just wish those crazy Bevinites on the Bachelor Board would. They are still bemoaning the fact that Bevin didn't get chosen. You would think that Andy dumped them. I think you will do just fine Bevin.

Hey girl you go. We all have made mistakes in our lives. There are some people that hide it and some people that talk about it, but I find that the people that admit their mistakes are the ones that learn from it and shine in life. Oh and what an honest person you are if people can't see that, shame on them they all have something to learn. YOU GO!!!

Bevin, if you read this page, please know that Andy will be dumped by Tessa in the next year. She is doing it just because she can. She got really scared near the end and was doing her damnest to win his heart!
She was all over him like a rash on that last date - and you sat by waiting, and then, in the limo you said you knew.

He dumped the wrong woman!

Bevin, you will win your man in the end, and it will be with a REAL man, who acts like a silly college boy!

Keep going, Bev, believe me...Because I believe in you sweets!

I wish that ABC would close that darn message board. How long are they gonna keep it going for?
What a complete waste of space it's turned out to be this year.

It has become quite classless and clueless. Folks in there seem to think that they KNOW Tessa and Andy, The Bachelor.

They are deranged it seems...ha-ha-ha

Bevin, you're amazing. Keep up the kind words and the gentle spirit that is so evident in you. You are a treasure, and some guy is going to find it and be richly blessed. Your confidence and quiet assurance is so inspiring. You go girl!

on Jun 17, 2007 at 7:47 pm it's all the Bevin fans who want the board closed? And it's all the Bevin fans who think the fans of Andy and Tessa are the obsessed ones? I can say is "Can you say hypocrite"? Or maybe "sore losers"?

Bevin...I wish you well! Your prince charming is coming and I know you know that. My best wishes to you!

I think Bevin should move on
I think she shouldn't even call in to have someone write about her
I think her minutes fame is way way over
I think she should really move on with her life and not dwell on a show after so many months
I think Bevin clearly have an issue moving on
I do not understand why Bevin need to keep clearing herself to the public. She has does that with her own website, her fan site and now she resort to calling the press ?

She should just live a life true to herself and for herself instead of trying to please the public who will never be a part of her life. She should stay true to herself and then life will be good for her .

I think she is afraid of Karma .. and trying to redeem herself .

Bevin, just wanted to say that I thought you represented yourself very well during your time on The Bachelor, and with your graceful and dignified exit at the end of the show.

My wife and I were shocked that Andy would tell two women that he loved them the night before he proposed marriage. She told me that after the show aired, if it were her, that ring could be found somewhere where the sun don't shine. ;-)

You are a real stunner, Bevin. We know that people like you who wear their hearts on their sleeves and give their all are destined for great love. Don't ever settle for less.

As a doctor,I would like to tell you that I really truly believe that you need antidepressant medicine (specifically the SSRI family such as Prozac)...maybe a little Litium for your bipolar moods too.
PLEASE go ask a docotr about this. As a medical professional, I am worried about you.
You don't have to suffer these days. Help is just a pill (or two) away!

I thought Andy should have picked you. My mother also thought so. We still don't understand how he can say one thing to you and then say the same thing to another, knowing it is being broadcast nationally. I just wanted to tell you to hold your head up high, you have class and you will meet the man mean't for you I am sure.

The only reason Andy picked tessa is because he has an asian fetish.. she will soon get bored of plain andy and find a richer guy. bevin deserves better than andy anyway. how could he tell her that he loved her. that shows what a complete jerk he is.

Def check out that board on These are crazed "Andessa" fan!! They must have no lives and idolize Tessa for some reason. The fans needs to calm down and go back to reality. Honestly, who really cares about these two? They are not real celebs and will never be. Its really sad to see so many people think they know these two strangers and defend them yet despise Bevin. Bevin did nothing wrong and was in love with Andy. Tessa was playing the game and acted too good for the show. Did anyone find that messed up? We know that she has lots of money from what all those articles say about her and her best friend (ugly!!) Samantha Bonderman. There are artciles about them in high school as well.

Congrats to Tessa and good luck

Best wishes to you Bevin. You have an amazing future ahead of you. As if it wasn't hard enough to be on the show, many people are mean and cruel in their words about several from the show. ABC finally cut off their outlet to write without penalty. Sadly, it was about a month late in happening. Sorry for your pain, but blaze into a great future life!!

My best wishes to Bevin.
Bevin might be a great girl but definitely not the one that Andy is looking for.

Being married and divorced, tattooed and 13 piercings, liberal and open with physical contacts are complete turn off for many . Unfortunately but it is true. This is not judgemental, just preference. Like choosing a car or a house, some like it new, brand new, some do not mind 1-2 years old ,some has no preference for older cars and houses. Similar analogy.

Hope Bevin and move on and stop playing games and tricking her fans with crazy questions and answers , crazy postings about the past show. It show some serious issues with her.

Bevin: I think your interview was awesome. I think that you had a good time, and have your head on your shoulders the right way.

I also think that you, along with many others, are learning how false so much of what you read about others can be. Not to mention "issues". It is why I don't even bother reading anything biographical unless it is "authorized". Gossip is gossip, no matter in what media.

I have no doubt that you really fell in love with Andy. I cried with you when you cried. I watched after the final rose episode. I admire you the way you handled yourself. What can we say, Andy felt deeper for Tessa. Let's understand and respect that. I am sure there are so many go guys (as good as Andy) out there for you. I am sure you will meet your dream guy (the love of your life) one day. I wish you all the best.

To other on this message board, let's not criticize Andy or Tessa either just because we feel so much for Bevin. Let's try to be as classy as Bevin.

Bevin, please do yourself a big big favor and move on. Posting photos of yourself and Andy on the internet is not doing you any favors. I don't know what you're thinking by doing that. It could be you're just looking to prolong your 15 minutes of fame, or you're very emotionally immature. But either way it's a sign of something that's not good. You might want to get some professional help for that.

Good luck to you!

Well what are you Bevin fans bashing the Tessa and Andy friends for. Who is crazed now?? Why don't you Bevin fans let go of all the insults you are throwing at the show, plus Andy and Tessa. She is a lady and he is a gentleman. He was caught up in everything that Bevin was saying to him along with the atmosphere of the show when he responded to her comments to him. If you listen to what he said to Tessa it was, "I love you Tessa Horst". That was from Andy's heart. So everyone needs to let go of this.

Bevin, Why don't you get over Andy, he is totally in love with Tessa NOW ! You are showing what a BIG LOSER you are, quit while you still have some fans left and maybe a little pride left too !!! Coloring your hair back to brown, did you think Andy was going to come running to you? I am so sick of you and Moana at this point. BTW.... I WAS a fan of yours and one of Moana. With this site you just lost a fan. I don't see Bevin as moving forward instead a BIG leap backwards. MOVE ON.... your 15 mins of fame is OVER as well as "Will you accept this rose". I will not return again......

That Samantha Bonderman is a bad friend. I heard that she was talking crap about Tessa's ring. Who does she think she yes. Just cause she has lots of money doesn't mean she has to treat people like crap. Sam sucks! Just google her and you will see all these awful things about her. She was sooo mean in high school apparently. I hope she gets what is coming to her

[Portion removed by Palo Alto Online staff.] I have never seen so many commentaries on two random people that werent really a part of the show. I hope these girls apologize for all the horrible things they did to former colleagues. It sounds like these two girls never learned the meaning of respecting others, regardless of their differences. I came from money, but even I learned how to respect others and be kind to everyone, regardless of their race and financial background. I was just shocked that Tessa would associate herself with girls like this. Be careful Tessa! Please. your fans dont want you to get hurt by these abusive women.

Hadn't checked in to see where "The Bachelor" participants were in their lives, but I cannot believe that Bevin Powers hasn't moved beyond the final choice. As I remember there hasn't been one other second-to-the-last participant who has obsessively held on this way, and so it begins to make a person wonder if there truly isn't some type of psychological imbalance in play here. There was a time I might have thought ABC should run her as the next Bachelorette though with seeing photos of she with Andy Baldwin on her website today (after he has been in a declared happy LOVE relationship with Tessa three to four months now) makes one wonder what happened in her childhood to create this type of unrealistic obsession. Simply put, she didn't meet Andy Baldwin's ideal as a (lifetime) partner!
