CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to discuss the city’s Carbon Neutral Natural Gas Plan, consider a tobacco retailer permit program agreement with Santa Clara County and discuss a multifamily smoking restriction ordinance. BOARD POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE … The Board of Education’s policy review committee will discuss policies on: safe routes to school; Uniform Complaint Procedures; nondiscrimination/harassment; sexual harassment; and bullying.
